Return & Refund Policy
Rhondium Dental stands behind the quality of all products supplied. Each item is manufactured and inspected to meet strict quality and performance standards.
1. Returns for Defective or Faulty Products
If a product is found to be faulty or defective, Rhondium Dental Laboratory will, at its discretion, replace the product or issue a credit.

Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Supporting details or photos may be requested to assess the issue.

Items must be returned in their original packaging unless otherwise agreed.
Products will not be considered defective if the issue arises from misuse, mishandling, modification, improper storage, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If you receive incorrect products or items damaged in transit:

Notify Rhondium Dental Laboratory within 7 days of receipt.

Keep all original packaging and batch numbers for verification.

Once verified, we’ll arrange prompt replacement or credit.
3. Change of Mind or Ordering Error
Due to the nature of dental products and infection control standards, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging.

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior approval.

A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Products must be in resalable condition with original packaging intact.
4. Product Performance
All products are designed and tested for their intended clinical purpose.
Rhondium Dental Laboratory is not responsible for clinical technique, patient outcomes, or product misuse.
Claims relating to performance must include details of batch numbers and use circumstances for investigation.
5. Returns Procedure
To initiate a return or replacement:

Contact sales@rhondium.com with your order number and details.

Our team will provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.

Include the RAN and invoice copy when returning the product.

Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement or credit will be processed.
6. Liability
Rhondium Dental Laboratory’s liability is limited to the replacement value of the product supplied.
The company is not liable for any clinical fees, labour costs, or consequential losses arising from use or non-use of a product.
